Paloma Talent

Staff the patient in front of you, without leaving the chart.

When a referral arrives, Paloma Clinical already knows where care will be delivered, what discipline is needed and what the current order requires. Paloma searches your own eligible staff first. If nobody can cover the case—because your team is at capacity or the patient is outside your current footprint—expand that same staffing need into Paloma Talent and begin recruiting nearby clinicians. No patient-identifying information is shared with Talent.

Clinical + Talent is $999/month or $9,990/year per agency, no placement fee when you hire. See pricing → · Prefer help? Book a guided demo

Staffing speed can decide whether you capture the referral.

Home infusion agencies do not have the right nurse waiting in every ZIP code. A referral may land in a new market, or your team may already be fully scheduled, while the pharmacy is asking several agencies who can cover the patient. Paloma closes that gap at the moment the referral arrives, from inside the patient chart.

Illustration of Find Staff inside Paloma Clinical. A real patient need creates the staffing search; Paloma first shows the agency’s own eligible staff, then expands to Paloma Talent when more coverage is needed. The patient shown here is synthetic and the prospects, phone numbers and addresses are fictional. In a live agency the panel shows real applicants, so it is available only to subscribed agencies, never in the public demo.

Why this matters to agencies

Protect the patients you already serve. Expand into the patients you want to serve.

Depth: keep current patients covered

A nurse calls out, resigns, goes on leave or is overloaded; a patient suddenly needs a different skill or schedule. Paloma identifies internal coverage first, then expands outward faster, so a gap does not become a missed visit.

Breadth: accept referrals you could not before

A referral arrives in a new geography, or your staff are already full. The referral’s real staffing need becomes the search, instead of a decline or days of recruiting from scratch. The agency that can say “yes, we can staff this patient” first has the better chance of the case.

Grow without staffing every market in advance

Entering a new area usually means a workforce before the patients, or patients before the workforce. Real demand becomes the recruiting signal, so coverage is built around actual opportunities rather than idle staff everywhere.

Clinical tells you what care needs staffing. Talent gives you a way to solve that staffing need before it costs you the referral.

The sequence

Own staff first. Talent network second. Build supply where demand appears.

  1. Need → search

The current governing order sets the role, route and skills. The care location sets the geography. Nothing about the patient is sent.

  2. Your staff → network

Your own eligible staff rank first. If nobody can cover the case, the same need searches Paloma Talent, nearest first.

  3. Prospect → applicant

Call, email or invite a prospect with your agency’s own application link. Every search, contact and outcome is recorded for your agency.

  4. No coverage nearby? → start building it

If your team and the network are thin in that market, the need becomes a recruiting signal: publish the opportunity and begin sourcing clinicians there. The next referral in that area starts with a stronger network than the last one.

The same sequence on screen: a new referral in a town with no nurse nearby, the need read from the governing order, one eligible staff member 58 miles away, then Paloma Talent prospects within 41 miles with Call, Email and Invite to apply. Synthetic patient, fictional prospects.

The person who applies enters your Workforce File: licence verification, credentials, competencies, DON approval. Only then can they be scheduled. What a card shows is résumé and application evidence, a straight-line distance estimate, and a licence line that always reads “not verified” until your hiring path verifies it. Matching a need is not the same as being eligible to staff a patient, and Paloma keeps the two apart.

Matching

Matching starts with the care, not a generic job post.

Because Find Staff starts inside the patient chart, Paloma already understands the staffing need: the discipline, the care location, the current order, the therapy, the route and the frequency. Paloma uses that context to rank your own eligible staff first, then potential clinicians from the Talent network when you need more coverage, and shows why each one ranks where it does. The result: more relevant candidates, less manual searching, and a faster path from referral to coverage. You verify licence, credentials and fit in your own hiring process.

Ranked for this need

Role, route, therapy words from the current order, and distance from the care location. “Why this match” shows the evidence behind every rank.

Evidence keeps its source

“Résumé evidence: IVIG” means a résumé said so. Licence, competency and readiness are decided in your own hiring path, from verified documents.

Contact under rules

First contact goes to the address a candidate gave on their own application. Opt-outs are honoured network-wide. Every reveal and every message is recorded.

The network

Candidate profiles with a place on the map.

Paloma Talent holds more than 20,000 healthcare candidate profiles, over 12,000 of them with searchable location data, built from applications to healthcare roles and from the public jobs board. Profiles are evidence, not verified credentials: what a résumé or application says, with its source kept. Talent works independently. Clinical works independently. Together, they connect real care demand to workforce supply.

Counts as of October 2026, from the Talent database. Paloma does not describe these profiles as qualified, verified or available: those are facts your hiring process establishes for each person.

For nurses and clinicians

Wherever you are, there may be healthcare work near you.

Paloma Talent recruits nationwide across home health agencies, home infusion companies, specialty pharmacies, infusion suites and other healthcare operators. Upload your résumé once, confirm your experience and location, and join the Paloma Talent network. Paloma keeps the original, reads what it says—discipline, specialties, therapies, settings, locations—and when an agency’s real patient-care need matches your skills and where you work, the agency can find you, see why you matched, and contact you directly.

Agencies bring demand

Every search starts from a real patient need: the discipline, the therapy, the care location.

Clinicians bring supply

Your profile is evidence from your own résumé and application, with its source kept. Opt-outs are honoured network-wide.

Paloma connects the two

Where demand appears and supply is thin, Paloma publishes the opportunity and sources clinicians in that market, so joining puts you where the next referral is.

Join from any U.S. state. Opportunities vary by location and employer, but your profile stays in the network for relevant searches. Joining does not mean Paloma has verified your licence or credentials: hiring agencies complete their own verification before employment or assignment. Applying to a specific job and creating your profile are two doors into one profile; Paloma never keeps two records of you.

Managed search

Or tell us who you need, and we run the search with you.

Not every agency uses Paloma Clinical. On its own, Paloma Talent is a search the Paloma team runs for you from the same network.

  1. Request a searchTell us the role, the credentials and qualifications it requires, the setting, the schedule and what matters most. We agree the search with you.
  2. Review matched candidatesPaloma finds candidates and checks each one against your criteria using the evidence in their file—licence, certifications and experience—not only what their résumé says. You see the evidence with every candidate we present.
  3. InterviewYou choose who to interview. Candidate evidence stays together for review through the hiring process.
  4. HireYou make the offer and employ the person directly—full-time, part-time or PRN.
How it is paid for

Two ways to use Talent.

Included with Clinical + Talent

With Paloma Clinical + Talent ($999/month or $9,990/year per agency), Find Staff and the Talent network are part of your subscription and there is no placement fee when you hire.

See pricing →

On its own: no hire, no fee

Talent alone has no monthly fee. The placement fee is earned only when a candidate we introduced accepts your offer of employment. If no one is hired, there is no placement fee.

You hire directly

The professional becomes your employee. You hire, pay and manage them. Paloma is not the employer.

Placements come with a replacement guarantee whose period and terms are set out in your agreement before any search begins. Paloma Talent is not a nurse marketplace: nobody is assignable until your own hiring and verification say so.
