Billing and commitment, stated plainly.
Monthly
Your first month is charged when you complete checkout and billing renews monthly on that date. Either party may end the subscription by written notice, effective at the end of the billing period in which notice is given. Fees for periods that ended before that remain payable.
Yearly — paid in advance
A twelve-month subscription. The year is charged when you complete checkout and renews yearly on the same calendar date. Notice takes effect at the end of the paid twelve-month period, and a started period is not refunded. Yearly saves two months against paying monthly.
Nothing changes without a signed agreement
What you pay, how often, and which products you have are the terms of the order form you signed. Paloma never changes them on its own: a different price, a change from monthly to yearly, or adding Talent takes a new order form or amendment you sign first.
Changing plans later
A Clinical agency can add Talent, and a monthly agency can move to yearly. Paloma prepares the updated order form, you sign, and only then does billing change. Negotiated arrangements keep their own terms and are never moved onto the standard plans without you.
Care creates the staffing need. Paloma helps you fill it.

How is Paloma priced?
Per agency. Paloma Clinical is $499 per month or $4,990 per year. Paloma Clinical + Talent is $999 per month or $9,990 per year, with no placement fee when you hire. Paying yearly saves two months. Paloma Talent on its own has no monthly fee: a placement fee is earned only when a candidate we introduced accepts your offer.
What is charged today, and when is the next charge?
Monthly: the first month at checkout, then the same date each month. Yearly: the first year at checkout, then the same date each year. Before you pay, Paloma shows the exact amount charged today, the period it covers and the next charge date. There is no trial and no setup fee.
What am I committing to?
Monthly is billed monthly under your subscription order form; either party may end it by written notice, effective at the end of the billing period. Yearly is a twelve-month subscription paid in advance that renews yearly; notice takes effect at the end of the paid year. The order form you sign states these terms before you pay.
Can the price change without me knowing?
No. What you pay is a term of the order form you signed. A change in Paloma’s published prices applies to new agreements; your agreement stays as signed until you sign a new one.
Why are Clinical and Talent combined at $999?
Because the staffing search starts inside the patient chart. Clinical knows the care location, discipline, current order and frequency; Clinical + Talent searches your own eligible staff first, then Paloma Talent prospects near the patient, and lets you call, email or invite them from the same screen. Can I add Talent or switch to yearly later?
Yes. Paloma prepares the updated order form, your authorized signatory signs it, and billing changes only then.
