Your agency signs a Business Associate Agreement with Paloma before any patient information can be added.
Role-based access

Changes are recorded with who made them and when. Corrections preserve the original record instead of overwriting it.
AI proposes. Staff decide.
AI reads documents, such as referral packets, and proposes what they contain. What it reads becomes part of the record only when your staff confirm it.
