What we collect

What you tell us. When you book a demo, request a staffing search or write to us, we keep what you enter: your name, work email, phone, organization, role, and what you tell us about your needs.

How you use this website. Paloma's own analytics records the pages you view, roughly how long you spend on them, the website or campaign that brought you here, your device type and browser, and a random identifier stored in your browser so a return visit is recognised as the same visitor. We do not collect your precise location, we do not fingerprint your device, and we do not record what you type into forms until you submit them.

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand traffic to this website. Google collects usage information through it under Google's Privacy Policy.

Connecting your visits to your request. When you submit a form, we connect it to the earlier visits from the same browser, so we know how you found us.

Why we use it

To answer your request and arrange demos, to understand which pages and channels bring agencies to Paloma, and to improve this website. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

Service providers that run this website and our systems on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email confirmations) and Google (analytics). They process it only to provide those services.

Patient information

This website is not for patient information. Please do not submit any. Patient information that agencies keep in Paloma Clinical is governed by their customer agreement and Business Associate Agreement, not by this notice.

Your choices

You can turn analytics off for this website in this browser. We also honour the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, analytics stays off automatically.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Website analytics is kept for up to 24 months.
